"Sit, Stay, Read" is back at the library! This beloved program invites young readers to drop in and enjoy the unique experience of reading to a friendly therapy dog.

Join us as we host the Ashland Ohio Plant Enthusiasts group at the library. 

Grades 6-12 join us safe and welcoming environment to experiment with new recipes and develop your culinary skills.

Meet local young author Zoe Dougherty as she does a reading of her book, “Dragons of Tribe Setrenna.” Then she will share her passion for drawing with a brief lesson on drawing dragons.  

Drop-in, 10am-11:30am. Discover new textures and experience new brain building activities. Primarily for ages 12-36 months by older and younger siblings are welcome to attend. 

Toddlers will have fun with numbers using rhymes, books, and active play. Drop in, 10am-11:30am

Bring a dish and the recipe to share with the group that reflects the monthly theme.

Regularly scheduled meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month at 4:30 pm in the Stockwell Room of the library. All meetings are open to the public.

We’re partnering with United Way of Ashland County again this year to bring you Fun Fridays. The Bookmobile will be with them at the Ashland Theatre with fun giveaways, materials to checkout, and Summer Reading supplies.

Join Larry Bounds for an interactive program for elementary-aged children introduces the basic principles of rocket flight. Participants will learn how to build safe, working rockets using provided handouts.
