Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. It is a great option for those who have limited mobility, injuries, or find it difficult to get up and down from the floor. In this program, participants will learn different yoga poses and breathing techniques that can help improve flexibility, balance, and strength.

Please choose the time that works best for you, do not register for both sessions to allow all who are interested a chance to participate.
