This program covers a wide range of topics related to healthy living, including information from outside presenters.

- Apr: Solar Eclipse: What is a Solar Eclipse?
- May: Neurographic Art: Mindfulness in Art

During this program we will be handing out Solar Eclipse Glasses. You must be present to receive glasses, only one pair per participant/registrant. While supplies last.
